La Familia Membership Card – Terms & Conditions of Use

By purchasing or using a La Familia membership card (the “Card”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to protect you, our partners, and the integrity of our platform.

1. Eligibility

  • The La Familia card is available exclusively to individuals aged 16 or over, with a focus on international students.

  • You may be required to verify your nameage, and student status upon registration or at any point during your membership.

  • The Card is non-transferable and must only be used by the person whose name appears on the membership profile.


2. Membership Usage

  • The Card entitles you to access exclusive discounts and offers at participating partner venues and businesses.

  • Offers may vary by location and may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

  • You must present your valid digital Card at the point of sale to redeem any discount. Screenshots or altered images will not be accepted.


3. Conduct & Behaviour

By joining La Familia, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully when interacting with our partner venues and the wider public.
You must not:

  • Use the Card for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

  • Share or allow others to use your Card.

  • Attempt to claim offers you are not entitled to.

  • Act in a way that brings La Familia or our partner businesses into disrepute, including aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership without refund if these terms are violated.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • If your card was purchased under a monthly or instalment plan, you are still liable for the full agreed term of payments.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g. proven error or duplicate billing), you may contact us for a refund request. Approval is at the sole discretion of La Familia.


5. Changes to Offers & Partners

We work hard to ensure all listed offers are up-to-date, but partner businesses may occasionally withdraw or alter deals.
La Familia is not liable for any changes made by third-party businesses after your membership begins.


6. Loss or Misuse

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your Card has been compromised, contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email].


7. Data & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By signing up, you consent to the use of your data for membership management, updates, and promotional communications.


8. Termination of Membership

La Familia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse membership at any time if these terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
